The Training Shifters
Armed with degrees in Psychology and International HR, and exponentially growing curiosity, Shilpa worked across diverse industries before stumbling into the world of learning and development (L&D). Having dipped all twenty fingers and toes into most aspects of L&D, Shilpa realized that apart from testing training activities on unsuspecting friends and decoding print instructions, she enjoyed designing learning journeys with a purpose and facilitating across the globe.
Today, her primary focus is leveraging effective learning science and methodologies to enhance performance at every tier of the employee hierarchy. With 14 years in L&D and intercultural spheres, Shilpa applies her expertise to create and execute performance-based training.
Her lifelong passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and interculturalism, started with growing up across cities and experiencing insider-outsider dynamics at an early age. And now it fuels her work in helping cultivate inclusive and globally minded leaders, foster inclusive organizational cultures, and dismantle cultural stereotypes.
Having lived and worked across multiple continents, she has collaborated with companies worldwide through coaching and facilitation, when she’s not busy exploring local street food, or being ignored by her two cats.
