The Box is a simple yet powerful methodology that uses just a piece of paper and pencil to build a physical model of your unconscious thinking (your B❒X). Through reflection and sharing, it encourages participants to "hack" or adjust their thinking to achieve better outcomes.
The process is non-prescriptive—there's no directive on what to think or how to change. Instead, learners engage in self-exploration, identifying areas of their thinking they want to evolve. They then create a new model to reflect this change and examine its impact on their B❒X.
Often, mindsets are invisible to the person holding them. Unconscious biases, or any kind of bias, can be challenging to recognize, let alone transform. The B❒X metaphor, combined with the act of physically creating and writing on the box, makes the invisible visible, offering a clear path toward change.
The Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model (LTEM) is a comprehensive framework developed by Dr. Will Thalheimer to improve the way organisations evaluate and measure learning effectiveness. LTEM emphasises deeper learning evaluation and performance measurement based on scientific learning principles.
We use LTEM to consult with our clients on their evaluation strategies and methods.
The LTEM Bootcamp Gold Certification is an intensive workshop focused on mastering LTEM. The Gold Certification is awarded to participants who successfully complete the workshop and demonstrate proficiency in LTEM's higher evaluation tiers. Specifically, it involves Tier-5, which focuses on realistic scenario-based decision-making, and Tier-6, which assesses the practical application of skills in real-world tasks.
